Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

Orders are generally processed same day or next day. Free shipping for deliveries within the continental United States via best-way (either UPS, FedEx Ground, or USPS) for orders over $30. Orders under that amount have a flat shipping fee of $5 to help cover shipping costs. Due to a larger box size and weight, pickleball nets have a flat shipping fee of $20. For expedited/overnight orders, or any delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, or outside of the continental US (including Canada), please contact Vulcan Customer Service for a shipping price and to place your order.  For any questions about shipping damages about your product or delivery, please contact Vulcan Customer Service at orders@vulcansportinggoods.com. 

Pickleball Paddle Warranty Policy

Vulcan Pickleball V500, V700, V900, and V1000 Series Paddles are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. To begin the paddle replacement process, fill out this Google Form. Once the form is complete, Vulcan Customer Service will reach out in 5-7 business days if further information is needed.

VPRO FLIGHT Warranty Policy

Due to the high impact activity pickleballs are subjected to during the lifespan of a ball, breakage is considered normal wear and tear. However, if you feel you experienced unusual product performance, please fill out this Google Form. The lot code located on the VPRO FLIGHT helps Vulcan keep detailed records of any balls from the same production run that might have experienced similar performance issues. Once the form is complete, Vulcan Customer Service will reach out in 5-7 business days if further information is needed regarding your submission.

General Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. Vulcan has a 30 day return policy on all new products, except for Blemished/Used Paddles and personalized products (all final sale items) and Pickleball Paddles, which have a different process. Any shipping fees will not be refunded. To be eligible for a return, your item including the new VULCAN x STACK Apparel Collection) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need receipt or proof of purchase. 

For Vulcan Pickleball Paddles, you can contact Vulcan Customer Service for a return within 30-days of purchase and you will be eligible for a full refund if the paddle is in its original packaging, new and unused. You can still return paddles within that window for a refund that are gently used, but if it is not in new condition, you will be charged with a $20 restocking fee. The restocking fee allows players an opportunity to try any paddle for a minimal cost.
