Team Vulcan Pro Alex Hamner was inducted into the Pickleball Hall of Fame for its fourth class on November 7, 2020. Hamner was inducted into the competitor category, noted for her 21 gold medals from USAPA Nationals, US Open Pickleball Championships, and Tournament of Champions. The announcement also praises her volunteer contributions to the sport, including her Pickleball Magazine column (written with her doubles partner Jennifer Lucore).

Formed in 2017, the Pickleball Hall of Fame recognizes individuals who have achieved exceptional results in pickleball play over the course of their careers, as well as those who have made exceptional contributions to the growth, development and leadership in the game. All inductees must have also demonstrated a high level of character, integrity, sportsmanship and consideration for others, earning the respect and admiration of their peers.
