Vulcan Pickleball Return Policy
At Vulcan Pickleball, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process. Please review the details below to understand how our returns work.
Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. The 30-day period begins on the day you receive your order.
- Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. We reserve the right to inspect returned items and may deny a return if they show signs of use, damage, or alteration. Used Items may be subject to a restocking fee unless there was a clear defect in the manufacturing.
- Exclusions: Certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to personalized or custom-made products, clearance items marked as final sale, or items damaged due to misuse. Please check product descriptions for any specific exclusions.
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
Return Shipping and Costs
- Prepaid Shipping Label: We provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee covers the return shipping and handling.
- Shipping Responsibility: You are responsible for properly packaging the item to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the prepaid shipping label fee and any applicable restocking fees (if noted at the time of purchase).

- Exchanges: If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please indicate this when contacting customer service. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may incur additional shipping fees.
