In the beginning of 2023, Vulcan Pickleball signed on as an elite sponsor of the professional pickleball tour, becoming one of four companies designated as the "official paddle" of the PPA (Professional Pickleball Association). In February, the brand was also the title sponsor of the Vulcan Indoor National Championships in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The tournament was a huge success, even with all the snow!

Now, as summer 2023 heats up, Vulcan Pickleball is proud to announce two more title sponsorship stops on the PPA Tour in August. First up is the long running Tournament of Champions in Utah. Vulcan Pickleball PPA Tournament of Champions will begin on August 15 with Men's and Women's Singles and end on Championship Saturday on August 19, 2023, in Brigham City. Matches will be shown live on YouTube and CBS Sports.

The very next weekend, Vulcan will be the title sponsor of the PPA Kansas City Open. It's the first time the professional pickleball tour will be in Kansas City officially, and Vulcan is proud to be part of the tour's expansion in the midwest. The Kansas City Open is also a gold ticket tournament, meaning players who want to compete at Nationals can earn their place by playing this event. The Vulcan PPA Kansas City Open begins on August 24, ending on Championship Sunday on August 27, 2023. Matches will be shown live on Amazon Prime and Tennis Channel.

For 2023, the PPA schedule includes over 20 tour stops with the top players in the world all competing for big prize money, rankings, and prestige. Team Vulcan’s sponsored top pros includes two world top 10 players, Jay Devilliers and Tyler Loong.
