How does the Vulcan Pickleball Demo Program work?

1. Choose a demo pack (either the V500 or V700 Series).
2. Contact the Vulcan Customer service team at sales@vulcansportinggoods.com or 501.760.6888 (or toll free at 1.800.826.6373).
3. Pay the shipping fee of $30 with a valid credit card.
4. Return the paddles (with the provided return label) 10 days after you receive them.

V500 SERIES --The Vulcan V500 Series Pickleball Paddles are designed with a classic honeycomb polypropylene core, featuring a durable a carbon-fiber or fiberglass paddle face. Available in a variety of shapes.

 

V700 SERIES --The Vulcan V700 Series Pickleball Paddles are designed with a Stateracore polypropylene core, featuring a V-Skin Surface System with spread-tow carbon bands and a Dura-Flex Throat for strength and durability. Available in three shapes.

How many paddles can I demo?

Each demo pack includes all of the paddles in the series. If you would like to demo more than one series at a time, please email or call our customer service team to see if we have more demo paddles available.

How much does it cost?

The only cost you will incur is the charge for shipping the demo paddles to you and back to Vulcan. Your cost will be a flat fee of $30.00, and only a valid credit card can be used to pay for the shipping fee. Demo paddles cannot be shipped outside of the contiguous United States.

How long does it take to get the demos & how long can I keep them?

It takes up to 5 business days from the day we ship the demos for the paddles to reach you depending on your location. You get to keep them for up to 10 days. Then, it will take up to 5 days for the paddles to return back to Vulcan HQ.

Note: Because demos may need servicing (gripping, cleaning, etc.) prior to being shipped out, demo orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day you place a demo order.

How do I return the demos to Vulcan?

We provide you with a pre-paid FedEx return label in the box. To send the demos back, place the paddles back inside the provided Demo Duffel, put the paddles back into the box, and simply place the return label over the demo box's existing label and then take it to any staffed FedEx station, or give it to any FedEx driver. (Find the nearest staffed FedEx station.) You won't be charged any additional fees when you return the demos through FedEx with the pre-paid return label.

Note: Be sure to ONLY use the provided demo FedEx return shipping label for returning demos as this will guarantee insurance, tracking and proper return for demos. Customers are responsible for providing a tracking number if returned by another shipping method.

What if I forget to return them?

We want as many people as possible to have a chance to demo these paddles, so it's important that they're returned to us on time. If you ship them late, there is a late fee of $5.00 per day. If you're more than 7 days late and we are unable to reach you, we will charge your credit card for the full retail price of the all the paddles. (The full retail price for the V500 Series paddles is $610, and the full retail price of the V700 Series is $600.)

How do I use the Demo promo code?

The promo code on the card sent with your demo paddles can be used by entering the code into the "discount code" box at check out. Only valid on the Vulcan Pickleball website.
